Out the rear sliding glass door and off to the right, where the sand beach begins, is one of the best snorkeling spots in Poipu Beach. Scuba diving lessons are available at Lawai Beach, which is just a few steps from Kuhio Shores. The best surfing spots in Poipu are straight out the back door.
